Surveillance Arts

Some of you may have seen this before. The video isn’t spectacular, more the idea is stimulating. Footage was captured using the enormous network of CCTV cameras in England. Youtube provides distribution and the state provides the hardware. This situation is ripe for some playfully critical time based works.
