Cupcake Indicator

You may have heard of the cardboard indicator – the more that is used, the better the economy. I’ve seen photos of unshipped recycled cardboard waiting at ports. So, I’ve been wondering (well for a couple of minutes) if the trend in cupcakes was prescient. Hum. Yum.
